We had an apple day at the Kinderpond. The first grade teacher
was out on maternity leave, but we had some great parent support!
The students had several stations.
I wrote an apple position book, apple sauce,
apple prints, a measuring station, and a graphing station.
Check out the Apple Unit

This group is illustrating the apple book. All they had to do was draw a tree.
Then attach a small paper apple to yarn and tape the yarn on the last page.
The book talked about positions, so they placed the apple on, under, next to, ect. the tree.

Here Noah is looking stressed... hummm.. it can't be that bad Noah!

Apple prints with Travis, Savannah's dad. Thanks Travis!

Mikayla's mom, Jill, helps out with the math measuring station. Thanks Jill!

Here is Macy's mom, Daphne, doing an apple math graph. Mikayla getting a little dirty.
